The compact model with excellent practicality is distinguished by an improved system of fixing the sharpened element of the chain.
With this tool, the user can not only return the sharpness of the saw teeth, but also drop the configuration of all cutting elements of the chain.
Pre-set the depth of the sharpening allows to achieve a single size of the cutting tooth on all links of the sharpening chain for uniform load distribution by its entire length during cutting wood, which prevents its sudden rupture at a weak site and ensures the safety of the operator.
The structure of the machine consists of a base with a mechanism of precise fixing of the chain and a downwards-tilted Whetstone module with an abrasive disc. The tilt angle limiter provides the same cutting edge of the teeth on all links of the sharpened chain.
For greater safety during sharpening, the model uses screw and wedge fixing of the machined element, preventing its displacement and выскальзыванию from working a roll. The presser mechanism ensures the precision of clamping the chain teeth at the desired angle to the working surface of the abrasive disc to obtain the correct configuration of the cutting planes.
The rotary mechanism with variable locking of the clamping device position reduces to a minimum the number of resets of the processing chain greatly simplification and acceleration process sharpening.
For the best process organization, the compact machine size allows the operator to take it with him and install it in any convenient place working space, and thanks to a safe presser mechanism, a confident sharpening of chains of any length is possible, despite its compact size.
The motor of the sharpener module is characterized by low noise and low vibration without affecting the sharpening quality. The balancing of the rotor ensures the absence of vibration and biasing of the abrasive disc at working speeds for the best result of work.
Protective casing closing abrasive disc for more safety, resistant to surface effects of flying when sharpening steel sawdust and abrasive dust. Transparent polymer screen helps to safely control the working process and protects the operator from the departure of small particles,
