Problem: There are only a few reasons and solutions for the lights on:



Reason: The consistency of the 2-hand battery is too poor, or the battery is not charged uniformly before assembly, and the battery pressure difference is too large. Which light is on means that the corresponding string of batteries has been charged above 3.50v, and then it will exceed 3.65v, and then the protection board will turn off the charger, and then it will cycle and balance. The light is not on, it means that it is not fully charged. (The battery voltage must be on when the battery voltage is above 3.5v, and it must be off when the battery voltage is below 3.5v)

Solution:
Case 1 The voltage difference is not too much: the voltage is above 3.4v. Don't unplug the charger, charge it overnight and check it out, it's generally well balanced.
The other batteries are not fully charged yet! It's just that some of the batteries are full, and the protection board will cycle and balance. You let him balance and basically all light up for one night. (The protection board has 100mA equalization ability, but its equalization ability is limited)
Case 2 The voltage difference is too large: if the voltage is low or below 3.2 3.3v, a single 3.65v charger should be used to supplement the other battery cells that are not lit to above 3.5v (when using a single charge, please unplug the load and then unplug it. Drop the equalization line to prevent you from burning the protection board by mistake!)


If the supplement is not enough, check if the battery has too much difference in capacity and internal resistance!
