A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, and the mould is existing in our factory, the samples will be ready in 10-15 working days; If the mould is not existing, we need to open a new mould, the samples will be ready in 15-18 working days; The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 working days. You can use your own express account number or prepay us if you do not have an account. Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
