The fineness meter is made of alloy steel wear-resistant material and is durable. Applicable to GB/T1724-93, ISO1524, GB/T13217.3-91 standards.
The scraper fineness meter is manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 1724-89 and ISO1524 standards. It can determine the size of coating particles and the particle distribution in coatings, printing inks and other liquids, so as to control quality during production, storage and use. Scraper fineness meter is widely used in paint, plastic, printing ink, paper, ceramics, medicine, food and many other industries.
The scraper fineness gauge is flat steel with grooves on the surface. The groove depth changes from the maximum value on one side to the last zero. The groove depth value is marked on the flat steel to read the particle size. The unit of particle distribution is um or Hegman, and the range is 0-8 Hegman. 0 Hegman = 100 um, 4 Hegman = 50 um, 8 Hegman = 0 um Use: Put some particles on the deeper grooves, and then use a scraper to scrape them from the deeper grooves to the lower grooves. We can read the particle size at the point where there are more coarse particles.
