55 cell COFFEE BEANS Silicone Chocolate / Candy Mould This silicone bakeware mould is ideal for use with chocolate, sugarpaste and hard candy. Try adding a small amount of Vie into your tempered chocolate before pouring for delicious results. They're lovely to serve with coffee or use to decorate a cake. I used some edible lustre dust to give some a metallic finish You can use a teaspoon to put melted chocolate into the cells, but a piping bag (or food bag with a pin hole sized snip out the corner) is advised to do this without a load of mess. This little mould is also excellent for using with sugarpaste - but if doing so, do grease very lightly with Crisco or Trex before use or dust with cornflour. Chocolate and sugarpaste coffee beans make awesome cupcake toppers, but are also super given as a gift in a little cello bag. You may well want two or more of this mould. One tray load does not go far. They're so lovely to munch on ! Finished chocolates literally pop out the mold. No whacking it on a worktop as you sometimes need to do with polycarbonate moulds and these don't crack either. As per all our silicone bakeware moulds, these are also oven and freezer proof. Use them from +260deg C to -60deg C. We have customers using them for moulding resins, concrete, plaster, bitumen, chocolates, cakes, hard candies and many other mediums
