Color Difference:

1.Please note that every computer has different color and resolution settings so colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual.

4. Slight chromatic aberration is normal. We have done our best to give a color description of each backdrop. If you can not accept, please buy with caution.

Package:

The package send folded. There may be some slight wrinkles when you get it,but it is easy to remove wrinkle:

(1)Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days,it will be ok.

(2)Heat it with a iron on the back of item,then it will be smooth again. Please do not ironing in the front of the background or let the background touch the water, because that will ruin the background.

If the order is more,we also ship rolled.

1.Q: How to customize the backdrop?

A:  (1)If you haven't placed the order, please send us your custom information that include picture, size, color and words. Our designers will design it for you.

(2)If you have placed the order, and want to customize backdrop, please send your customized information to us after ordered.  If we have not received your customize email 12 hours later, we will ship the product  you ordered.

2.Q: When package ship out? How long it can delivery?

A:The package normally ship out within 2-3 days. And the standerd shippeing service normally need 15-40 days to delivery. If you are need it urgenttly, please choose express shipping service.
