Brand new original Minebea brushless motor with external rotor,
Good workmanship
These motors are produced by Minebea's Chinese factory.
Minebea is most commonly produced in Thailand.
The nominal voltage of this motor is 24V,
The actual test can run at 10-24V,
The motor needs a frequency signal to drive the speed regulation,
Motor speed control drive frequency range from 60HZ-1.5KHZ,
The rotation speed does not change much when the frequency exceeds 1.5KHZ,
The minimum speed can be adjusted to about 150 rpm,
It can be used in conjunction with our store’s speed control of the function signal board,
The speed control board needs to be purchased separately.
The rotor of the motor is strong magnetic in rare earth,
The torque test personally feels pretty good,
The motor's high-speed no-load current reaches 0.8A,
The maximum power is about 30W,
The motor drive power chip is the same as the 21mm thick rotor Minebea brushless motor.
The wiring of brushless motors must be clearly introduced and defined.
The color of the thread is delivered randomly,
It’s not arranged in red positive and black negative,
Wrong connection will burn the driver board.
The motor test speed and no-load current are as follows, for reference only.
12 voltage no-load maximum speed 3200 rpm, no-load current 0.8A.
The maximum speed of 24V voltage no-load is 7100 rpm, and the no-load current is 0.85A.
The maximum load current of the motor is about 1.3A.
The motor weighs about 197 grams.
