【How to use DTG Pre-treatment Liquid】

1.Firstly, using a hot press to flatten the area where the pattern needs to be printed;

2.Secondly, use a sprayer to spray the pre-treatment liquid on the clothes in all directions up, down, left, and right;

3.Then, using a scraper or brush to spread the pre-treatment liquid evenly;

4.Finally, Put the clothes sprayed with the pretreatment liquid on the heat press, and heat press for about 30-35 seconds.

【Why Need DTG Primer】

In DTG digital printing, normally have a special step, that is, before printing, Spray the pretreatment liquid on to the garment material.

The pre-treatment liquid is a kind of transparent or milky liquid, it can prevents ink and pigment molecules from penetrating into the fabric,increasing the color of the printing out vivid and enhance the color adhesion, increase the color washability.

【DTG Printing Process】

1. DTG Printing Light Color Process:

Step 1: Digital printing；
Step 2: Curing(150℃×3 mins);
Step 3: Finished product.

2. DTG Printing Dark Color Process:

Step 1: Spray pre-treating fluid；
Step 2: Drying (150℃×1 mins);
Step 3: Print white ink;
Step 4: Digital printing；
Step 5: Curing(150℃×3 mins);
Step 6: Finished product.
