Under the condition of ambient temperature (25±2)℃, use constant current and then constant voltage charging. The constant current is 4.5A (A) and the constant voltage is 3.65V. The single-cell battery is discharged at room temperature (25°C±2°C), and the single-cell battery is discharged to a voltage of 2.0V at a current of 4.5A and discharged for 1 hour.
