Use:
There are 11 different types of left-handed circular dies, which can be used for thread restoration or external thread processing of bars.
This die is made of alloy tool steel, which is stronger and more durable than ordinary die.
When using this product to tap external threads, it can be installed on a die wrench for manual thread processing; it can also be used with a special processing console, such as a lathe.
Using this product, it can be used on softer materials such as cast iron, copper, aluminum, zinc plastic, etc., especially note that it cannot be used for stainless steel.

When tapping external threads with this product, pay special attention to tightening the tapered locking holes on the die during installation!
Instructions:
1. Before tapping the external thread of the die, the diameter of the bar should be measured and selected. The measurement of the bar diameter is very important. It should not be larger than the diameter of the required thread. If the diameter is too large, it will easily cause cutting difficulties and damage the die. The diameter is slightly smaller. Conducive to tapping and maintaining sufficient thread height.
2. The end of the bar should have a 1*45° chamfer first, but the chamfer should not be too large, and it will not be easy to cut in if the chamfer is too large.
3. When cutting the die and the bar, try to keep the two coaxial and parallel, and rotate the die counterclockwise to cut the bar.
4. Appropriate lubricating oil can be added when tapping threads to improve work efficiency.
5. When the die is working, if it is difficult to rotate, you should pause first and check the diameter and material of the bar again to reduce the risk of die damage.
6. Please be sure to take protective measures when working, and you need to wear goggles and protective gloves.
