Precautions for inverter board test

1. 12v to 220w inverter can only be connected to a 12v battery for testing. Do not connect to other voltages that exceed 16v, which will damage the circuit board.

2. input positive and negative poles must be optimistic about the standard. The length of the 10 square copper wire must not exceed 60 cm, otherwise the performance will be affected. The battery configuration standard is above 60AH, 10AH with 100 watts, 20AH with 200 watts and so on,

3. sine wave board has a high voltage of about 350v. The bottom board must be insulated. Please do not put it on the board for power-on test. board's leakage will damage the high-voltage part of the circuit board. High-insulation materials such as plastic boards or foam boards should be padded, and metal materials of the human body are strictly prohibited to touch the circuit board during the power-on test

4. This inverter does not have a charging function. It is strictly forbidden to connect to the mains on the output line, otherwise you will be responsible for the consequences.

5. Although this inverter has its own short-circuit and overload protection function, electronic products still cannot be 100%. If it is connected to the inverter board protection of high-power electrical appliances and alarms, the electrical appliances must be disconnected within a short time to prevent damage to the circuit board
