YeastKoji AngelDesigned for making brags without using enzymes from malt, cereals, flour, wheat and other starch-containing raw materials. Yeast works in a way of "cold deposition". Method of useYeast Koji: For the preparation of grain Braga for 25 liters we will need 20 liters of water, 5 kg of malt (flour, cereals, grains), and 50 gr. Yeast Koji (yeast take at the rate of 7-10 gr. Per 1 kg of raw material). In the container for mixing we pour water, add raw materials (krupu, malt) and knead. In warm (room temperature) water (approximately 200-250 gr.) add Koji. After the formation of the foam, add yeast, stir and close the container for removal and put a hydraulic shutter. The first 5 days 1-2 times a day to open and mix content. Totally Braga will be ready in 14 days.
