We ship to your shipping adress at the order page. Each package over US $5 will be shipped by Registered airmail with a tracking number to check online. Normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 20 to 25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun.

Please check your shipping address carefully before checkout, it can't be changed if order completed.  

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours after full payment is received normally at work days.  Orders placed on weekend will be shipped within 3 days.

 Please try to write your consignee info in English name & English address before payment, It is easier for the logistics indentify your address and the package can be arranged more fast.

Import duties, taxes and charges aren't included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.

If the item inside the parcel was broken or stolen obviously while you are receiving. "DISPUTE?" "Bad Review?" No, this's not right solution. Right ideas are as follows:

1. Open parcel in post office or in the post man's presence.

2. If it's damaged or not what you ordered, ask the post office to provide official document, especially the claim request paper.

In case that the item arrives damaged or not as described, kindly inform us for refund within 3 days once the delivery is received. You have 7 days to return it from the date it was received, otherwise, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. 

We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised after you provide evidences, otherwise the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return.
