ZYt series permanent magnet DC treadmill motor is excited by ferrite permanent magnet, which is self-fan cooling. As a low-power DC motor, it has the characteristics of small size, high efficiency, and large output torque. It is used as a driving element in fitness equipment treadmill devices.
Precautions:
1. Make sure the input voltage level is correct;
2. When the motor shaft is connected to the load, it cannot be knocked or squeezed by gravity, so as to avoid internal deformation and displacement, resulting in serious noise or stuck phenomenon; 3
3. It is strictly forbidden to coexist with strong magnetic objects;
4. The life of carbon brushes is in accordance with GB6656, please replace the carbon brushes in time. To ensure the long life of the motor
6. Use of treadmill: It is recommended to run fast, do not walk slowly, the use time is about 30-40 minutes.
7. About maintenance: Regularly add special silicone oil to the treadmill running belt to reduce resistance, maintain lubrication, and extend the life of the treadmill.
