Why can't the computer recognize the camera?

Answer 1:

The following situations will cause the camera failed to recognize:

1. There is no SD memory card inserted in the camera.

2. Insert a memory card of 64G or larger, causing it to be unrecognized (Note: this camera only supports a maximum of 32G memory card)

3. The camera is inserted into the SD memory card, but the insertion direction is wrong. (Correct operation:The metal side of the SD memory card is facing up, facing the switch button)

4. The USB interface of computer is loose.

5. The computer is not these systems: Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7

Please check these reasons. If the computer interface is loose, you can replace it with a laptop's USB interface for identification, or add another USB cable for identification. (USB3.0 interface is easier to identify)

In five cases, the camera will flash three times and then shut down:

1. The battery is in a low battery state.

2. There is no SD memory card inserted.

3. The SD memory card is inserted into the camera, but it is inserted in the wrong direction. (Correct operation: the metal surface of the SD memory card is facing up, facing the switch button)

4. Insert a memory card of 64G or larger, causing it to be unrecognizable (Note: this camera only supports a maximum of 32G memory card)

5. In the standby state, if there is no key operation, the camera will automatically shut down after 1 minute to save power.
