Similar with SDRplay RSP1 is a the popular and powerful wideband full featured 14-bit SDR which covers the RF spectrum from 1 kHz to 2 GHz.

Due to its exceptional combination of performance and price, the RSP1 has proved to be a very popular choice as an "entry level" SDR receiver. Since launching the RSP1, we have learned a great deal about what people are looking for in SDR receivers.

Q: Which is better for me RTL SDR or SDRplay

A: It depends on your applications. here are the comparative facts for you.

Price: RTL SDR is the cheapest one, if it can meet your requirements, we prefer RTL SDR;

But if you need better SDR, such as higher sampling rate 10MHz, you need SDRPLAY;

As for wide band to 2G, SDRplay is good, instead of 1.8G from RTL SDR.
