Perhaps you know that juices sold in stores are made from similar materials: concentrated juice is taken for the production of juice and water and other additives (sugar and various stabilizers) are added to it. Concentrated juice of 5 liters is produced on large industrial equipment, it is a completely natural product produced by vacuum evaporation of juice from fruit raw materials. At the same time, the temperature during evaporation is not brought to a boil so as not to lose the nutrients of the fruit. That is, concentrated juice is a natural material from which juice or other food products are produced.


Method of using concentrated juice:

  • 1.

    Mix a can of concentrated juice (5 kg, 4 liters) in 30-50 liters of water (to taste) and add sugar (or dextrose). Approximate proportion (may vary depending on your recipes): 6-7 kg of sugar or dextrose, 5 kg of concentrated white grape juice, 30-50 liters of water and yeast.

    2.

    Add yeast to the prepared mixture. It is recommended to add wine yeast, as their use minimizes the yeast aroma in the final product and they are more suitable for fruit and berry brag.

    3.

    Leave for fermentation. When using wine yeast, fermentation takes about 15-20 days. Measure the readiness of the brew with a sugar grower.

    4.

    The resulting brew is distilled twice on the moonshine still. The resulting drink will have a light grape taste.

    5.

    If desired, insist the resulting drink in an oak barrel or on oak chips.
