Description
The FFS&HE’S REPLACE
1. Firstly, for avoiding burned the fuser roller and even changing the entire fuser assembly ,
please choose the high quality HE&FFS.
2. Please clean the assembly completely.
3. Please clean the grease inside the FFS or on the surface of HE.Please use high quality
grease, especially note that do not mix different kind of grease,otherwise the FFS will
not work well by the burned grease.
4. After installation,please check whether the connection point of HE is in the right
place,or it will lead to burned/damage.
5. When install the FFS and Bushing pressure roller,meanwhile push them into middle, for
confirming every parts in the right place.(i.e.these easily happened on the installation
of HP4250 series assemblies.)
6. After installation,you can rotate the roller by your finger,so that you can checking if
it running as nomral and no different noise.
7. Please pay close attention on testing,while there is a noise or smoke, power off right now.
