Shipment  

1.When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order in cluding the shipping fee. We will send the items within 15-25 work days once your paymentis completed.

2.We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to difference in customs clearing times in individual countries, why may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

3.Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional fee may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties .

 DHL: To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take 3 - 5 work days, to other countries, it will take about 5 - 7 work days

Return Policy 

All our dresses are made according to your own measurements and color you want after you  paid, so we can not refund you 48 hours after your purchase under any circumstances. Please  confirm your order before your payment to assure that you will get the one as you like, After  you received your dress, unless obvious quality problem with the dress you order you can  return the dress for refund, otherwise, we can not arrange return and refund to the customers. If you have such problems, please kindly contact us without hesitate. Also we can not refund  you if there is any special changes you required on the dress.

Sizing or Issues 

As all of our dresses are hand sewn and customer tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 1- 2.5 centimeter. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with addition fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be mada easily. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.

 Color Mismatch 

 Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD  screen, we can not guarantee the color of the dress you get will be 100% similar as the above  color chart. And also different fabrics will show different color degree on the same color. So  we  will not accept any returned dress for sake of color. Please kindly understand us. 

 Package 

All the dresses will be packed by plastic package, Bubble bag and so on , and were packed well when it will be sent out . And all of the dresses insurance is required, please refuse to accept and feel free contact us if the package was broken when you received it .  Also please feel free to email us if you want other package for your lovely dresses, we will do our best to meet your  minds !
