-Return Policy:
All returns must be sent within 7 days of the shipment being delivered if there is quality problem. We only accept dresses in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and must have the tags intact and still attached. Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.

Size Problems:
1. Standard Size: Pls check our standard size chart details include bust, size, hips, shoulder to floor carefully before ordering. If you have ordered standard size dress, but the dress is not fit you, we cannot accept this kind of return.

2. Custom Made Size: We suggest you find a professional tailor to measure you according to our measurement guide. If the sizes we did are the same as you ordered, we cannot accept this kind of return.

3. But if the sizes are not the same as you ordered (you need to send us photos to prove this mistake by putting on the dress and use soft Tape to measure the dress), we can offer refund and pls help us return goods.

4. We also offer free modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress and get the dress modified within 7 working days and pls pay for shipping fee.

5. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered you can find a local tailor who can help you,in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress`s original cost.
