If your measurements are way off my size chart, we are happy to make the gown according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit.

1.Full Bust = inches

2.Waist = inches

3.Hips = inches

4.upper bust = inches

5.under bust = inches

6.Nipple to Nipple = inches

7.Shoulder to Shoulder = inches

8.Length shoulder to bust = inches

9.Front Length Shoulder to Waist = inches

10.Outer Leg = inches (from waist to floor with your shoes on)

11.length of the dress= inches (from the shoulder to floor without shoes)

12.Height = inches (from the top of head to floor without shoes)

13.Height of your shoes(heel)= inches

Return Policy

1. Sizing or Fitting Issues

 As all of our dresses and clothing is hand-sewn, the finished gown may vary by approximately  one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still  fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to  allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
 <1> Item is not the size you ordered
 Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we  encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse  you for up to 50% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please  remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when  requesting reimbursement.
 <2> item is the size you ordered but does not fit
 For Custom-Made Order dresses, if the items do not fit properly but were made accurately  according to your order specifications, you are eligible for a free, one-time-only re- sizing  service. You are responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

2. Color Mismatch

 The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown. Slight color  mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that  the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the  item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

3.<1.> Before  delivery the item we  must check the size and confirm item  perfect.      when you  receive the item , if you  find any question please  contact us within you    receive the item 48    hours.

 <3.>If the dress  not fit you, you can sent the item back with  7 days , we can refund  your dress  cost (not  include postage) , or exchange item from us  ,we can free make  for you again.

* As it is international shipping service,delivery time and postage vary from different region. The most efficient courier will be applied (DHL,UPS,FEDEX,EMS,etc.). During the special holiday like Chinese Festival Holiday,National Holiday,the shipping time will be a little longer.
* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer`s responsibility. Please check with your country`s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying.
