We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If we have made your dress in the wrong way, please read the policy below carefully.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we advise you to follow these steps:

• We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer of you.

• You have 2 business days from the time DHL/EMS/TNT delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the item.

• You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items. Any item returned without notifying us will not be credited or exchanged.

• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

• The shipping fees of return must be paid by buyer.

• We must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 10 days, no credit or exchange will be given.

• Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it`s as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you.

• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
