3. For all returned products, customer MUST contact us for the returning address.

In all cases, We would bear the cost for technicians at our facility to repair/replace any items presented to us within warranty period(Determined to be defective by our technicians); while customer will be responsible for round-way shipping charges of sending their products to the repair place and return.
