1. Few customer feedback our controller is not good and not accurate. But most customers leave 5 stars feedback and some of them share their comments and pictures.I think it is still necessary to do some explanation: It depends on many factors: how far is the sensor away from the heat element, room size, how many watts of the heat element etc. User should put proper distance between the sensor and the heating element, and use proper watts load according to the room size. if you put the sensor on the heat element and make them very close. when the controller stop heating,but the element cannot cool immediately, so sensor temperature will rise and exceed the set temperature far.
2. "Controlling accuracy: 0.1°C(which means user can set stop temp. by 0.1 degree)": It doesn't mean if you set 28C, so user can control the temperature between 27.9C and 28.1C. How accurate can the controller do? It depends on many factors, which i give some advice on point 1. 
3. as pictures show, two sensors are same specification, we send random shipment. Don't accept buyer selection. Only one sensor in the parcel！
