Product Introduction
This Forklift speed safety management system is mainly used for enterprise forklift fleet safety management and driver management, monitoring. It can be used with background management system.
Drivers need IC card to start the system. Enterprise managers can check the driving record of each forklift, driver attendance, speeding record, overspeed time, and who over speed in real time. When the forklift faulty or damage occurs, managers can be easier to know those who are involved, investigated for their responsibilities.
When the forklift reaches the set speed limit, it will automatically activate the alarm light, speaker and light warning simultaneously, both fitted in the cab.
When the forklift speed drops below the set speed limit, the unit will reset and warnings will cease. The system does not affect the performance of the forklift as it is designed to act as a warning only.
About the product installation, our company is the only company who designs and manufactures wireless speed sensor to have wireless installation in China. Wireless installation method greatly simplifies the product installation process, without damaging the vehicle. We own the forklift safety management system wireless sensor patent.

- Suitable for both mechanical throttle and electronic throttle.
- Adopt relay to control oil circuits, realizing overspeed locking and speed limit control.
- Waterproof, even able to work well in rain.
- Alarm locking time can be adjusted from 0 to 99 seconds. If the speed of forklift exceeds the preset speed, will warn automatically.

Electronic throttle controller is for the forklifts with electronic throttle, such as electric forklifts.
Mechanical throttle controller is for the forklifts with mechanical throttle, such as diesel forklifts.
Throttle controller is used for speed limit.
If you only need overspeed alarm function, you don't need to buy throttle concontroller.
If you need speed limit function, you need to buy throttle controller.
Data acquisition box is for querying driving information.
When you use data acquisition box, you need to install the software of this management system on your computer. Use USB data cable to connect to computer, then you can see the detailed information about the forklift traveling data.
