The MJUNIT Series of belt driven linear guides offers a number of profile sizes with multiple design configurations to meet different requirements. The linear guideway body consists of an anodized aluminum housing with a Chrome steel GCr15 shaft. Internally, there is a profile rail with shaft of low friction, noise and vibration. The pulleys/pinion is equipped with maintenance-free U shape bearings. Mechanical linear unit system is driven by an internal toothed belt, and is ideal when full extension is needed. Belt tension can be readjusted by a simple screw adjustment device in the extrusion. 

MJUNIT Belt Linear redefine the classic belt drive, putting belts to work in an entirely new way that reduces the positioning errors and speed limitations of conventional belt drives, parable to direct-drive rotary tables costing thousands more. The MJUNIT series line of Linear Motion provides straighter, truer, linear motion (within 0.002 inches per inch) than any other rail. Choice of timing belt drive systems makes these rails versatile enough to accommodate low/high thrust and speed applications where repeatability and low deflection are important. It's guidance system of ground linear rails and U shape bearing blocks offer minimal deflection with high load capacities.
