Introduction:

Super grinder also names FDV, it is used for milling all kinds of dry materials like herb, Chinese herbal medicine, spices, grains, beans, peanuts, pearls and even the stone. It can also be used for medical research, cosmetics, internal medicine, surgery, ophthalmology, and dermatology medicine.

Adopts top grade motor, mental fan blades, high rotating speed and high power makes the working life longer, can continue working for half an hour. It combines the functions of mini-mill pulverizer and grinder. It has small volume, low weight, stable prosperity, easy operation and low waste.

Operating method:

Please turn off the power switches before use this machine

1. Open the upper cover( clockwise close, and counterclockwise open).
2. Put the dry herb into the crushing box.
3. Tighten the upper cover.
4. Plug in and open timer switch.
5. When you hear the voice of uniform rolling, that says the herb has been ground into powder.
6. Open the cover and pour out the powder.

Attention:

1. To keep the user in safe, power must be grounding connected.

2. The processing object must be dried and without oil.

3. Adopts stainless steel crusher slot and blade, which meet the requirement of TCM and GMP.

4. Normally the milling time for herb is 30 seconds, hard materials(before milling need to cut it into pieces)need 1-2 minutes.

5. Working time should be no more than 8 minutes every time, to keep the machine with long working life.

6.No switch on while the cap is open.

7. Carbon brush and blades shall be replaced after long usage.

8. Before using, check the cutter head is fasten or not, the blade rotating is normal or not.

Warranty:

1. The stainless steel automatic single punch tablet press machine stainless steel automatic grinding mill YF-150 is designed as high-quality stainless steel constructions and meet GMP standard. 

12 months limited warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

2. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period and in the original packaging, if possible. You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.

3. It is buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back if the machine is defective as the report.

4. If the machine were damaged during delivery, customers should inform us at once and email us the photo of the damaged part. After checking, we may send a new part for free.

5. For following situations, the item is out of free warranty

(1). Damaged caused by misuse, improper installation and so on the man-made fault.

(2). Warranty seal removed or damaged.
