How do I customize?
  

1. You can tell the size that you need by email or message, then we can print the right size for you. 

2. If you want your favourite images and sizes, just give us your images and sizes, then we can make for you.  

The detail of the customized size as follow:

1x1.5M = 3x5ft  1.25x1.5M = 4x5ft  1.25x2M = 4x6.5ft  1.5x1.5M = 5x5ft  

1.5x2M = 5x6.5ft   1.5x2.2M = 5x7ft   2x3M= 6.5x10ft  2.5x2.5M = 8x8ft 

2.5x3.5M = 8x12ft   2.5x4.5M = 8x15ft   3x3M = 10x10ft   3x3.5M = 10x12ft 

3x6M = 10x20ft 

Material:Thin Vinyl plastic cloth(not washable).

Features: Light absorb Non-reflective.No pocket 

Type: Computer-printed for realism. 

For: different sizes for family, children, high school seniors, bridals, models, or even commercial work etc. 

Vinyl cloth backdrops is our latest and greatest computer painted wrinkle-free fleece-like fabric. This lightweight fabric will give you the intense vivid color that you have been looking for in a backdrop. 

Notes: 
1. Material vinyl not washable.If there have messes just take a damp cloth with water and/or a gentle cleaner(like soap) and wipe clean. 
2. All backdrop will send by folded,because according to rule of post office, length of item cannot be more than 1.2m. So we have to send items by folded.Below is the ways to removed the creases.  
3. The backdrop is absorb light(not reflective,it will be different when taking pictures with photos). 
4. The backdrops not high definition,will some blurred,so need distance to take pictures. 
5.All vinyl backgrounds are made in China and are printed at the time of order. Handle time is 2 days. 
6.Item will send by USPS(except for multi order).In usual,it will take about 7-15 days for you to get it. 
7.This size backdrop are not in one piece. In other words, it is not seamless, but the most important thing is that the seam will not interfere with the photos.

Attention :

According to rule of post office, length of item cannot be more than 1.2m. Items will be sent folded.

So there may be creases. You should deal with it by yourself. Here are ways to solve it:
1) Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, it will be ok.
2) Heat it with a steam iron on the back of item, then it will be smooth again.
3) Stretch it and clamp it to a back drop stand for 3-4 days, it also works. 

Please understand that every computer screen is different, therefore,colors may vary slightly.

1. We can ship to worldwide, except APO/FPO
2. We will ship the items within 1 to 2 working days after the payment is reached.3. China Post Air mail ----- it usually will be take 15-39 working days to arrive.
EMS------------------------it usually will be take 8-18 working days to arrive .
DHL /FedEx/TNT------- it usually will be take 7-14workingdays to arrive.
All of them also depends on local delivery speed.
4. The items will be marked as "gift" or "sample" and with a lower value for easy customs clearance.
5. We will ship to the default address in Escrow if you do not inform us,and a phone number is important when you leave your address.6. We are not responsible for any accidents ,delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service.
