TAKE NOTICE:
Extruder is the core part of the ink-jet printer, the printing effect is decided by the extruder, but extruder is the expensive part of the printer and that is fragile, so the manufacturer inspect the extruder carefully before the extruder leave the factory, please consult this manual when you meet the problem,
1. Some of the extruder broken lead to the ink leak, and burn down the formatter board, if you change the new extruder when the formatter board is broken, the extruder will be broken, so you should make sure the formatter board is no problem before you change the extruder.
2. When you have the formatter board problem please detect the fuse and the transistor, if the fuse or the transistor is broken, you just can change the original same one, if you change the different current value or different model, the extruder will be burn down. (some of the formatter board problem can not be repaired, you should change another new formatter board)
3. If the printer prints nothing, please inspect the formatter board first, make sure the formatter board is no problem, if yes, please go to inspect the service station, the detail as follow:
Turn off the printer when the service station move to the middle, drop a drop water on the service station, if the water drops down after several minutes, that proves the service station has problem, please change it, if the water did not drop down, turn on the printer, if the water still does not drop down, that proves the service station has problem, you need change it.
4. Every extruder is imported, the quality is better than the extruders mad in China, there is protective liquid in the new original extruder, and just one color, that is not used ink, please do not erase it when you receive the new printer.
