To connect the camera, we need to install an app on the  mobile phone.Generally,we can download the app software online website.

5, Q: When I click the audio on app to talk, it tells no permission, what should I do?

A: Don’t worry, please go to your phone to open the audio permission for our app, if you still do not know how to set up, please contact us, we will send you snapshot of all setting steps.

6, Q: There is no new device discovered when add the camera on APP, or the device shows off-line status.

  A: Please check if the camera and the mobile phone set in the same network and please make sure you write correct wifi password. And please reset camera after power on. 

Please use network cable to connect camera with your router, this way can more easy to search out camera by LAN, and then you can set up wifi after adding camera into app.
