  We can assemble wheels for you, if such service is needed. We have technicians who have been building wheels since 5 years ago. Meanwhile, a lot of bicycle hubs and spokes are available for you to choose in our store, inc. road hubs, off-road hubs, Novatec, Powerway, Pillar and so on.

Packing and Shipment

  Your wheels will be packed and protected carefully to make sure that they are in great conditions, when you receive them. For some destination countries, there may exist custom tax, which buyers will be responsible for.

  Normally EMS or China Post Air Parcel will be chosen to handle your package. It takes about 7-25 business days for your parcel to get delivered, excluding processing time. If you want other shipping carriers, you may need to pay additional shipping charges.

  Buyers who expect DHL or FEDEX to be the shipping method need to check if your delivery address is located in a remote area. If yes, please contact us before you place the order. If you are not sure, please contact us for more information.

  Your parcel will be dispatched in 5 business days after your payment goes through. For special specifications, it may take a bit longer. Tracking number will be provided as soon as your parcel is shipped, together with package pictures.
