2.     Can I install the LED lights into the holder of halogen globes? Is the transformer universal?

        YES, you can. The holder is universal and there is no need to change it when using LED lights. As for the transformer, please cheek the outpur voltage of it before changing lights. For example, if the output voltage of Gu10 is AC240v while that of MR16 is AC/DC12V, you can directly change the lights without changing holders. But you have to change the power supply if the voltage of MR16 is 24V.

3.     How to install LED lights?

        After confirmation of right voltage, take the original lights down and install LED lights into their corresponding holder.

4.     Why is the actual wattage less than marked one?

        The power we usually refer to is a parameter just like Lumen. Which is to form a comparison with the former bulbs we used. Such as, a 6w LED light can replace a 35-40W traditional halogen globe while for a 8W’s is 45-50W, for 9W’s is 45-50W and for a 12W’s is 60-65W. The most important consumption power is, the better the quality of LED is . Because the actual consumption power decides the heat productivity of LED. And high heat Influence its lifetime.

5.     Can you LED lights be dimmed? If so, what kind of dimmer can be used?

        So far, our LED lights are basically compatible with all the common dimmers in the market, such as PWM dimmer and SCR dimmers. Both the rising edge and failing edge can be used. For MR16, a 0-10V dimmer can be used.

6.     What does it mean by 60 degrees light angle? How to measure it? And do you have lights with larger degrees?

           60 degrees refers to the emitting angle of beams. You can put the lights on a flat surface, turn it on and you can measure its angle easily. It is inaccurate to observe with naked eyes. The smaller the angle is , the more diffused the light is. Usually, the angle of reflector lamp is 30°, 45°, 60° and 120°. But the mainstream is 60°. At present, they are all 60° in our stores.

7.     Why is the LED lights dead?

            First, please check whether the voltage of the circuit is the operating voltage of the LED light. If the voltage is right, please check whether the circuit is charged with electricity. Then, if a dimmer is applied, please check whether it works properly and is set to the “light on” gear. Thirdly, if all the above items are OK, please use other lights or put the LED light into another circuit to make sure whether it is in good condition.

8.  Why do the lights flicker when dimming?

        This should be the problem of dimmer. We suggest checking whether the dimmer is aged or in bad compatibility. And you’d better replace it by PWM/SCR dimmer with better quality.

9   What about the warranty? What if the LED lights go wrong?
