Shipment

1. Goods will be shipped only after payment is received.we do payment by TT or trade Assurance on ALibaba 

2. We will just ship to the default address in alipay, if you don't inform us in advance. We will not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

3. We ship goods by sea for free shipping to your seaport, because the machine size is big and heavy. Pls provide us your seaport name to check the shipment time. (If choose shipping by sea, you must have or find an import company which listed in your local Customs to handle the import and Customs clearance, private person name can not import by sea or by air, only courier suggested, will give you some support if send by courier)

Warranty/ Policy:

Please read the following notes carefully before you order:

1.We offer all life free tech support and one year warranty on our machines(consumables not included). We have english speaking engineer can assist you on the machine installtion and give you free trainning during our work time. (China time 8:30am-6:00pm)

2. Pls check all goods carefully and report to us within one week if there are any parts loss or machine problems. Pls show related photos.

3. Due to machine is special product, big size, if shipping back, shipping cost and import tax will be very high, so we do not accept Return, but we will grantee that it can work well. During warranty, we can change you spare parts for free (Consumable parts not included in)

4.During one month after you get the machine, If the spare parts was sent back for repair, buyer pays for the returning shipping cost and fees, we responsible for the 2nd shipping cost and handling charges.

- If you ask replacement or repair after one month since you paid, besides returning shipping cost and fees, you also need to pay for the 2nd shipping cost and handling charges.

5. We only responsible for selling and shipping, we don't responsible for customs clearance(If ship by sea, we can provide the B/L, invoice, packing list and send you with free courier cost, if need other documents, buyer should pay, we can assit you to arrange), so pls make sure you can clear customs before you order. If you can not clear customs before the deadline, your Customs will distroy the goods, and you have to bear all cost caused by the Customs clearance dealy. Buyers pay the import tax, if you want to ship by courier like DHL, UPS, Fedex or EMS, pls provide us with your city name, post code, so we can check if arrive, if remote areas and how much they cost.
