Introduction Water jet Cutting Machine

Working Principle

Water supply is mainly by hydraulic pressure,The basic process is

1. Through high-power motor driven oil pump, resulting in a high pressure of the hydraulic oil.

2. Hydraulic oil into the supercharger, through the reciprocating motion around water pressurization, when pressure, through the electronic directional control valve, adjust the entry of water and oil, so as to complete the water pressure.

3.  After pressure of high pressure water is stored in the accumulator, ready to provide a steady high pressure water cutting.

4. Accumulator and the connection between the cutting heads have a high pressure pipe, high pressure water knife on the pneumatic switch, high pressure water through ruby nozzle, then through sand tube nozzle jet, cutting head into the sand tube connected to the sand cone, rely on water jet when the negative pressure, automatic into the sand.It can be used to cut the water.At the same time, through numerical control software, control cutting head in X axis and Y axis movement.
