The ThermoPro TP10S Digital Probe Oven Roasting Thermometer is designed to either give you a reading of your ovens current temperature or can be inserted into meats being cooked in the oven. Ideal for indoor or outdoor cooking or roasting. 

Features: 
1. Smart LCD backlit screen - The LCD is Blue when you begin to cook, Green when almost ready and Red when ready.
2. Pre-programmed for 9 kinds of meat: Ground Beef, Ground Poultry, Beef, Veal, Chicken, Pork, Poultry, Lamb and Fish.
3. Wide temperature range and high accuracy: Temperature range of probe: 15.8°F to 482°F (-9°C to 250°C), ±1.5°F/0.8°C accuracy.
4. The 4" food grade stainless steel probe with step-down tip design to get temperature more precisely and quickly, 40" stainless steel wire / probe reaches any oven or grill.
5. Press TASTE to select the level of doneness for the meat type selected. RARE, MED RARE, MEDIUM, MED WELL and WELL DONE.
6. Built in Count down and count up Timer. Power by 2 AAA batteries.
7. Probe wire is heat resistant to 716°F (380°C).
8. Press and hold Mode button for 3 seconds to turn off the backlight, no need to power off the display because it consumes little battery power. 

Notice:
1. Press "mode" button for 3 seconds, the LCD screen shows data without backlight for power saving.
2. Keep the stainless steel probe sensor and wire away from children.
3. Wash the metal probe tip with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the probe in water while cleaning.
4. Wipe the transmitter and receiver with damp cloth. Do not immerse either in water.
