Shipment

For Inductive Load

If connecting with inductive loads (e.g. Compressor, Pump, old CRT TV, Refrigerator, Ice conditioner, Air conditioner, Relays,Fluorescent lamp, Vacuum cleaner), please choose inverter whose rate power is 3-7 times higher than the load's rate power. For example, for a 150w refrigerator, please choose a 1000w inverter or higher; for an 800w air conditioner, please choose 2500w inverter or higher.

For Resistive Load

If connecting with resistive loads (e.g. Computer, LED TV, Fan, Scanner, Fax machine, Duplicator, Sound system, Juice extractor, Heater, Electric cooker, Coffee maker, microwave, crock pot), please choose inverter whose continuous power is a little higher than the load's rate power. For example, for loads near 700w, it's better to choose inverter with continuous power more than 1000w.

Warranty Policy

Within 14 days, if item defective, buyer need to provide pictures or video so that we make sure the

problem. After confirmation, we provide refund or exchange warranty.

If buyer return the item because of wrong purchase, buyer need to make sure the item be in good

condition and well packaged. After receiving returned item, we return item price, shipping cost and

return shipping cost born by buyer.

Within one year, we provide repair service and repair parts for free. Buyer pays shipping cost to and from China.

Import tax and duty born by recipients in any condition. Tax and duty can't be refunded in any condition
