Q1: Can the hair be straightened, curled?

A: You can restyle the hair, use a flat iron/straighter or tongs, pls don’t exceed 200C, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often, and pls don’t do it too frequently, or the hair will easily get dry and tangled.

Q2: Will the hair shed or tangle?

A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding, and as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle.

Q3: Why the hair has grey hair?

A: Virgin non dyed hair has few strands gray hair inside, we usually pick the grey hair out before production, but we DO NOT guarantee 100% no gray hair, pls understand, and pick the few strand out yourself if there is some. Thank you!

Q4: Why I can the split/dry ends?

A: For virgin non-dyed & none-acid bath hair. When donator’s hair is long enough, the lesser nutrition will reach to the ends. So if there’s split ends, it is really normal, which cannot be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 22”! Only processed and acid bath hair have no spilt ends at all! If you are picky, we donot recommend to purchase.
