If this tube is damaged, the compensation will be used to send new tube freely to you or as refunded money.

As we know only DHL can offer shipping damage insurance. We sign business agreement with DHL for delivery. All the tubes will be sent by DHL. After your payment is confirmed by Aliexpress, the tube will be sent to you in 1-2 working days.

For delivery

1.In order to let you get the top quality product timely, all CO2 laser tube will be shipped by express(DHL ,EMS, Russia Express-SPSR or others).

 2.The acquiescent express is DHL for delivery. It will need 5-6 working days time. If your location is remote and isolated region or restricted area, we will use other express,eg FedEX,UPS or E-EMS(special express service).

3. All export tubes are especially packaged with excellent safety. In order to let you get undamaged glass tube, we will use carton,foam,bubble film and wooden box for safe package. We make sure each glass tube is sent to your hand without any damage. When you get the tube, it can be installed for usage at once.

4.However, the damaged product is unpredictable thing. We will buy insurance for each tube before delivery. It will make sure your interests are protected. If tube is damaged, DHL will give me compensation and I will use this money to send new one to you freely or use it as refunded payment. Also when you open the wooden box and take the tube out from the carton, please take a video about the process. If the tube is damaged during shipping, it will be helpful for me to claim compensation from DHL. If the tube is damaged after it arrive at buyer’s hand , the buyer should inform rubylasertech at the same day timely. The waybill will be referred. Or Rubylaser will be not responsible for this case.
