1. The weight of parcel is about 0.35kg~~0.7kg for one phone ,if you find that the parcel has any problem ,(such as looks like has been opened )before you open the parcel, please make a video to as the proof of compensation.

please open the parcel in post office, and make the video at the same time .If the parcel damaged or empty (stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document, especially the claim request paper
