SHIPMENT:

1.When order is placed, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping cost. we will ship to the confirmed order addresses, and your order address MUST MATCH your shipping address. Because differences in customs clearance leadtime in individual countries, we cannot control & guarantee precise delivery leadtime. Customer can follow the tracking no. to get to know the status of the parcel. 

2.Please note that customers are responsible for possible custom fees & taxes for importing into your country. These additional fees may be collected at the time of parcel delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments;

3.The buying price includes: net price of the product + transportation cost only. 

4.If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

RETURNS:

We will refund you (the net price of the product) if you return the items within 15 day of your receipt of the items for any reasons. However, the

 buyer should make sure that the goods/parcel returned are in their original conditions, without damage and missing of components, and provide

the shipping tracking number; if the items are damaged or lose when they are returned, the buyer should be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give fully refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
