A: Make order of the dress you like and pay for it.
Send us your own sizes under your order, or leave us a message,
then we may custom make it for you.
Q: How many days take to custom make the dress?
A: Normally 10 -20 days.
For rush order takes 5-8 days.
When foreign wedding seasons, it takes about 10-30 days.
Dress with much handmade work takes about 15-20 days around.
Q: How many days of the shipping time?
A: EMS takes about 18-30 days.
DHL takes about 2-6 days shipping time.
Shipping time depends on the shipping condition and the weather on the way.
Q: Can I choose the color I want?
A: Yes. wedding dress can be made in white/ ivory/ pink/ champagne.
Bridesmaid dress, evening dress and flower girl dress can be custom made with the color you want.
Q: Can you make the dress with the pictures I provide?
A: Yes, please send us the clear picture of the dress you want, if it is not too difficult or with some special fabrics, we can make it for you.
Q: Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
A: Yes, if the dress has some quality problems, you may return it to us. And the shipping back cost is buyer’s responsibility. Custom made dress return policy is much stricter than standard sizes dresses. Please think carefully before you buy.
Q: Can I cancel my order after payment?
A: You may cancel your order in the second day after your payment.
But after 3 days of your payment, we do not receive your cancel request of your order. Because our factory has been started making your dress after 3 days of your order. Hope you may understand.
