3.If the phone protection case thickness is thicker than 2mm,it can affect charging efficiency,suggest to take it before charging.

4.If the phone protection case is metal,it would stop wireless charging,it has to be taken off before use.

5.If the red trouble light lights on,it indicates that the phone is not placed on wireless charging area orcurrent is too strong,The protection circuit turned on,the charger will cease charging to protect

​mobile phone.The wireless charger will work normally when thefault is fixed and replace the direction of mobile phone.
