Operation steps:   1.Firstly,prepare a bottle of clean flush and a waste liquid bottle. (Note: the panel has two pipe interface, a clean flush, an output dirty flush in waste liquid bottle.)   2.Adjust appropriate position of cleaning frame, then pipes connect to printhead and related pipe external cleaning fluid and waste liquid bottle ,turned on after connecting Power   3.According to the nozzle need to refill tube quantity, press the button "run 1"; If need four pipes(pipe1,2,3,4), pressing the "1" and "run 2" button together. 4.Wait for dirty liquid become clean, take away the waste liquid bottle, both entrance and exit ink tubes joint clean cleaning fluid for cleaning cycles.   5.When you think is appropriate to use ultrasonic,then you press the button” ultrasonic”, and ensure that the tank is half above the liquid.   6.If you finished the clean, remove the printhead, turn off the power supply. If you think printhead not clean well enough, can continue to clean.   Working attention:     1.The cleaning machine for considering some printheads can only one-way circulation liquid, so only one-way cleaning cycles.   2.Cleaning fluid pass through four pipes into the cleaning tank, and then extract flush from steel tank pipe 5   3.Continuous ultrasonic time had better not more than half an hour. (means you can ultrasonic only 30mins for a time.)   4.When cleaning, such as the liquid level is low, can be appropriately raised pipe 5 to control the liquid level height.   5.The four buttons on the front panel, are to open when the first time, according to press to close again.
