1) Usually we need 1-2 days to process the shipping. According to your country, we can ship via DHL, EMS, FedEx, TNT, the tracking number will be updated on AliExpress order page after item send out..

2) The shipping fee has included the local handling and packaging cost. We will ship the item base on your AliExpress address. If your address is P.O.BOX, please offer us your physical address at the best.

Returns:

1) In our item warranty, we can offer refund or replacement.

2) We do the refund after we get the returned item, we can ship the replaced item after you ship the old one out. 

3) Please do not return any items without an authorization number or other instructions from us.  Any packages that are send without our knowledge will be refused and no replacements will be issued.  Wrong item ordered or non defective part returns require a 20% restocking fee. All products are marked with serial number and QC badge. Any products returned without our serial number and QC badge will be rejected as not our parts..
