Microphone head should not be toward speakers, in order to avoid howling.

Power Supply for 1.5V AA battery, one 1.5V AA battery can use 4-6 hours. Microphone also supply 48V phantom power, if your equipment interface is 3 pin XLR jack, please use XLR cable Male to Female.
