1. Q: When can I receive my item after made payment?                                                                                 

    A:Normally, we will send it by China post for the value below $150, and it takes about 20-35 days arrive.

    If your total value is over $150, we will send by EMS or DHL free which takes about 4-13 days arrive. 

2.Q:I still have not received the item after 30 days, what should I do?

3.Q:What I received is different from picture, what's happen?
