1.What is the material used in the fairings? Pure virgin ABS plastic is the material of choice as it displays good elasticity and heat tolerance properties 2.Is it true that a thicker application of clear coat will result in a better looking fairing? If clear coat application is too thin, decals will easily fall off and the glossy shine will not be very evident. But it also does not mean that a thick clear coat application is better, as too thick application of clear coat will result in drips and cracking finish. 3.What if I cannot find the paintscheme I want from your website?  You can customize your design and desired paintscheme, as long as you provide us with high quality pictures and instructions for our reference. We have experienced in-house artists and designers to make your paintscheme dreams come true. 4.Will your fairings fit my bike well?  Installation of injection molded fairing is more than 99.99% accurate. If your bike has never experienced any crashes and if you are familiar with your bike's fairing installation, you won't have any issues, it is just a basic bolt-on job!  5.What is included in a complete fairing kit?  All fairing parts are shown clearly in the pictures. Heat shields for lower fairings are also provided for every kit. 6.How long would it take to order fairings?  Normally, painting an injection molded fairing kit takes around 7 days. During rush season about it will take around 9 days. 7.What shipping methods are available and how long would shipping take? EMS Express and China Post Air Parcel are the standard shipping methods. Shipping to United States takes about 7 -9 days. Drop ship is also available, we accept shipment by air or sea all over the world. 8.What are your policies for defects, exchanges and cancellations? Damaged, incorrect or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of fairing package arrival. We will replace all defective/incorrect parts for free. For order cancellations, be advised that production starts the day payment is confirmed. More than 2 days after payment is confirmed, we will not accept order cancellation.

  • Orders would be shipped out after 7-10 business days of payment cleared date.Backorder item will be notified by email.
  •  Fairings are thoroughly inspected before packing and shipping
  • -Item will be shipped EMS (7-10 working days) or China Post Air Parcel (10-15 working days) to most of the countries. 
  •  The item will be declared as a "Plastic Mold" and value at $100USD for shipping purpose only. We will NOT be responsible for the custom duty or import tax if it occurred.
  • If the address is incorrect, please make it correct before you pay. The inaccurate address will cause a mail lost. Claims for refund will not be accepted for this case. 
  • Tracking number will be provided once it is shipped out.

Please ensure your address is correct. Please don't leave any address for P.O.Box.
  • 2.The Delay in Shipping Arrival
Some remote area of countries or too many packages overstock in the transfer station. The arrival time may delay about 3-4 days or more. If you come across the accident, please patiently await more days.

Customs Policy is decided by different countries. And the customs tax should be paid by buyers. You could leave message about the value you wanna when placing orders.
