FAQ:

Q1: the printer shows "NO ENOUGH INK" or "EMPTY" or the Indicator light “BLINKING”

This is VERY COMMON with remanufactured cartridges as the ink gauge cannot be reset.

To resume printing, click "Ok" or "Continue" through any prompts.

If your printer has an LCD screen, press "OK" on it.

Q2: If the indicator light is flashing and the printer control panel shows "did not identify " or "incompatible" or "ink cartridge failure" or "ink cartridge is missing/damaged"  or error e4” etc.

For this situation, usually has two reasons:

1.Not install well

2. Ink cartridge chip dirty

Solution:

Step1: Take off the ink cartridge and re-install it. If issue still exist, go ahead.

Step2: Clean the ink cartridge chip (contactor points) with eraser or clean cloth bound with alcohol. As shown in Picture 1

Please clean it, then re-install, if not work, try clean again, and install again.If necessary, clean also printer contactor points, as shown in Picture 2

Q3: POOR PRINT QUALITY

Example in picture:

please run a cleaning cycle. Once one cycle completes, your printer will print a test page.

If you are NOT satisfied,please follow these to make sure the printhead nozzles are not clogged with dry ink:

1). Take a lint free towel (i.e. coffee filter) and fold it in half.

2)Remove the cartridge from the printer, locate the printhead (on the bottom side of the cartridge),  hold the cartridge with printhead facing downward and press it to the coffee filter for 3 seconds.

3) Lift the cartridge up - you should see an ink blot on the coffee filter.

Q4: Where can refillable ink?

We are not suggestion customer refill ink ,because refill ink after cartridge inside easy happen to air and can't print (or damaged cartridge chip ) 

***CAUTION***

1. Keep out of reach of children and do not drink.

2. Do not store the ink cartridge at high or freezing temperatures. And the temperature is around 0 - 35 degree before open a seal. Keep the cartridge out of direct sunshine.

3. For the non-use ink cartridge, it is suggested that the ink outlet should be placed down. When used, handhold ink cartridges and forcibly swing ink outlet several times to make sure the ink goes out smoothly.

4. Use immediately after opening the anti-static bag.

5. it is recommended that the printer be used at least one to two times a week after the cartridge is installed.

6. The warranty doesn’t cover ink cartridge that has been modified and refilled.
