Please note:

a) The device only works for sulfated lead acid battery charger and extend good battery life, not for bad battery.

b) Real-time voltage showing on LED tube may have 0.1-0.3v deviation from multimeter, occasionally 0.4-0.5V. This is normal, because there are difference between devices. And this will not affect maintenance and recovery function.

c) It would not work or show 'BL0' if battery voltage is less than 11V, 22V, 33V, 44V, 55V, and 66V for 12V 24V 36V 48V 60V and 72V rate battery.

d) It sounds beeping while working.

The Battery Rejuvenator will fully clean both the negative and positive battery plates of all the sulfate crystal build up, without the need for the damaging high voltage spikes, and return them to a fully working condition. it also to eliminate sulfate build up on new batteries keeping them in top condition, ensuring they have the maximum possible life span. It works during both the charge and discharge phase of the battery cycle. The Battery Rejuvenator can be permanently attached to any 12/24/36/48/60/72 volt lead acid battery pack. It uses a small amount of power from the battery to extend the life of new batteries. It also revives many weak or old batteries that are thought to be dead or need replacing. Alternatively you can desulfate one bad battery or set, and then just move it on to the next battery.

Will it work?
On new or sulphated batteries it WILL work every time.The Battery Rejuvenator will not work with batteries that have damaged cells or sealed batteries that have dried out, it is not suitable for UPS batteries that are not cycled (charged discharged) but this is the best bit. How well will it work? To be truly effective a desulfator need to combine a high power output with the ability to produce a wide range of frequencies. The Battery Rejuvenator has an external heat sink for cooling. It is 10 times more powerful than the cheap alternatives you will see advertised. If you see a desulfator built with plastic box, it cannot possibly be powerful enough to be effective.

The Battery Rejuvenator works by creating a wide range of low voltage frequency signals, that are designed to dissolve the sulfate crystals that builds up on both the negative and the positive plates of a lead acid battery. It is this build up that reduces the batteries capacity. Gently dissolving the sulfate crystals back into the electrolyte over several charge cycles, lowers the internal resistance of the battery, and raises the specific gravity.
