We strongly believe that the quality, consistency and quality of our products is the most cost-effective in the industry. In order to ensure that DEEROBUST rims not only meet international safety requirements but also comply with additional and higher quality standards, we use SGS and EN 14781 standards when manufacturing the rims.

What is the difference between UD, 3K and 12K carbon finish? What is the difference of Matte or Glossy finish? UD, 3K and 12K specify the carbon weave pattern. 3K means there are 3,000 filaments per "tow", 12K means there are 12,000 and UD means unidirectional (no pattern). There is usually an option to choose between matte or glossy. Matte results in more stealthy look, glossy will make the pattern pop.     Can I have rims without nipple holes in the rim tire bed? Yes, you can decide whether to have nipple holes in the rim tire bed or not.     Can I have rims with internal nipple holes? Yes, you can decide either internal nipple holes or external nipple holes.     Wheel choice – deciding what rim depth is best This is an added element of modern-day cycling strategy. DEEROBUST has so many different rims at different heights, from 20mm to 88mm. We will offer some guideline on which DEEROBUST wheel matches which type of terrain: 20mm to 40mm depth – “Uphill, long climbs.” 45mm to 50mm depth – “Up and down all day.” 60mm depth – “Some up and down, flat.” 60mm depth front, 88mm depth rear – “Lead outs.” 88mm depth, Disc Wheel, Tri Spokes – Time trials.     Symmetrical vs asymmetrical. Asymmetrical rims build up into stiffer, stronger and more reliable wheels by improving the bracing angles of a dished wheel and equalizing the spoke tensions between the drive and non-drive side spokes. On a mountain bike/ Cyclocross/ Gravel bike wheelset with disc brakes, both the front and rear wheels have significant dish. With symmetric rims, the rim is centered (or dished) by decreasing spoke tension on one side relative to the other so that the rim is pulled into center. So using asymmetric rims front and rear will be an optimal option. On a Road bike wheelset, the rear wheel has significant dish. With traditional rims, the rim is centered (or dished) by decreasing spoke tension on one side relative to the other so that the rim is pulled into center. So using front symmetric rear asymmetric will be an optimal option.     Do you offer a choice of decal colors? Absolutely! You have your choice of white, black, bronze, blue, green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, red or turquoise.     Can I choose the custom decal? Yes, feel free to send us the design file of your custom decal. We will offer corresponding quote based on the color amount and pattern.   How do I choose the brake pads? 
We recommend the brake pads which are made of cork wood. DEEROBUST brake pads have been designed specifically for DEEROBUST’s carbon rims to offer the best balance of power and modulation in both wet and dry weather conditions. Or you can choose Swiss Stop brake pads, Reynolds brake pads, which also have excellent modulation performance.   DEEROBUST lightweight racing carbon rims,wheel and spoke whee   are guaranteed  for  24  MONTHS . Any quality issues occur within 24 months, we are obliged to repair/replace neccessary components for free. What’s more, if there is unlucky crash/accidents with your wheels with 36 months, we are willing to offer you new wheels at minimum cost. This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only.       The following improper use will void your warranty 1. Crashes and accidents 2. Misuse (off-road riding, jumping, trick riding, Cyclocross, etc) 3. Modification of wheels or Improper assembly 4. Tire pressure exceeding 140psi 5. Normal wear and tear 6. Improper follow-up maintenance or maintenance by an unauthorized technician. 7. Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or not compatible with the wheelset as sold 8. Damage or deterioration on the surface finish or appearance which has no effect on the function 9. Damages caused by natural disaster       This warranty does not cover: 1. Normal wear items (bearings, skewers, spokes etc. 2. Surface finishes and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc) 3. All other bicycle components 4. Consequential or incidental damages (where applicable)   Warning: If you do not follow these guidelines, the warranty will be void.   1. Use brake pads for carbon rims only. Change brake pads when wear is indicated. 2. Use high pressure rim tape for clincher wheels. 3.  Clean rim surface and brake pads before you use your wheels. 4.  Exceed the maximum tire inflation pressure recommended. Road: 130psi; MTB: 65psi   When will my rims/wheelsets be shipped after I make the payment? If the rims or wheelsets are in stock, we will ship them out within 3 business days. If there is no stock, it will take about 7~21 days for rims manufacturing.   What shipping method do you use? Normally, we ship the products by Aliexpress Standard Shipping. The estimated delivery time by Aliexpress Standard is 14 ~18 business days. If you wanna use a faster shipping method, like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc, please contact us, you may need to pay additional shipping cost. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. If you have not received your shipment within 20 days of payment, please feel free to contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. If you still do not receive the package for 2 months, we will arrange new products for you or arrange a refund.   Are there any import taxes or customs charges that I need to be aware of if I purchase this and have it shipped to XXX country? Will you help me to claim lower value to my Custom? The Customs policy varies from countries to countries regarding import taxes and duties. Taxes are not included in either item prices or shipping cost. Customs fees, or Customs duties may be charged when parcel arrives at your country. Whether your parcel will be taxed and what amount will be charged is beyond our control. Your rims/wheels will be packed and protected carefully to make sure that they are in good conditions. If the parcel arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse to sign for it. Then the package will be returned to DEEROBUST and we'll produce  new products for you or arrange a refund. If you have signed for the package and then find damage due to shipping, please contact us immediately. We will help you to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please save all packaging and paperwork for the order if they are damaged due to shipping .
